The second time he went, a younger girl did it and he came back still shedding at ton, still dirty, and still damp which can cause hot spots. Same groom as the first, signature groom. I'm really unimpressed.

They proceeded to tell me after they had finished that it would be £50 more, making it well over £100 as due to the fluffiness of my dog it took 2 of them to do this & 3 hours. The groom room I previously went to were great with him and only cost £65 and one woman was done in an hour and a half. Just find it crazy that its so different at different venues and charging me almost double without even telling me until the end.
